I’ve been away for a few days- delayed on the return trip, though fortunate to have Wile E. Young and John Baltisberger by my side in East Texas. Here you can see them dragging me inside when I became entranced by the Sirens of the Bayou.
When people say they use AI to write, I have to wonder what they keep in their basement for inspiration because they need more bins like mine.

Perhaps not current releases but the TBR pile is all about playing catch-up and increasing my anxiety. Believe me, contemplating existentialism for a while, you can face all the other horrors.

But really I’m celebrating with a walk on the beach after sending off a 2,500 word story which I managed to write and edit this weekend. I haven’t been that productive in a while. Plus the story lies at the intersection of baseball and body horror. Summer is in the air!
