Memories: Hanging with Teller

We were just driving down the highway in Los Angeles and there’s this big sign about the Skirball Cultural Center and their current Jack Kirby show. I do not recommend slamming on your brakes on the 405.

Of course we stopped at Horror Vibes Coffee- no we did not partake of the nightmare fuel, but the wall art definitely had the right… vibe.

Yes, we will take a picture of the Bruce Lee sculpture.

Come for the spectacular view, but stay for the absolute weirdness.

“Let’s hike up to the missile installation,” said Matt Brownlie, which we did. Decommissioned anti-missile battery which protected LA during the Cold War. What a view. What a world.

Great hanging out with John Wayne Comunale and Scarlett when they made the trek to visit us during our Los Angeles sojourn!

We don’t have Coco or Waymo at home, so yes I stood in the rain and yelled “No, Coco, not the mud!”
